John loves serving people! When deciding on a career, John wanted to find a company that would combine his love for people with his interest in finance. His search led him straight to Sunburst.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, concentration in Finance, and a minor in Spanish, John joined Sunburst as a portfolio analyst. John spends his day analyzing investments and matching investment and tax strategies for our clients.
John holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of Sunburst’s Investment Committee.
While at Mississippi State, John was president of MSU Roadrunners, a student division of the Office of Admissions.
John is a native of Asheville, NC. He is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching his favorite sports team, the New York Yankees!
