Zach joined Sunburst in 2020 and is a member of our Investment Committee, Financial Planning Committee, and Compliance Committee. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Alabama, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Zach is passionate about creating meaningful relationships. He values listening to others’ beliefs and opinions and is grateful to have built a community where all perspectives are welcome. Zach’s ability to engage, along with his heart to serve, make him a great fit for his clients. His analytical thinking and attention to detail make him a homerun for Sunburst.
Prior to joining Sunburst, Zach managed the financial analyses and reporting of structured credit carry funds at The Carlyle Group in New York City. He began his career within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Alternative Investments group where he focused on the service of hedge funds and highly acquisitive real estate asset managers. Zach graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy.
Zach and his wife, Courtenay, and their daughter, Ralph, are active members of Redeemer Community Church. The Bullocks are proud supporters of Apostles Church Uptown in New York as well as The WellHouse, where Zach serves as the secretary of the Junior Board.
